Kepler ups Viaplay to 'buy' as Dutch sale 'sharpens the story'

** Kepler Cheuvreux upgrades Swedish media company Viaplay VPLAYb.ST to "buy" from "hold" as the sale of its Dutch operations improves the group's financial profile
** The broker notes the planned sale to Videoland will bring in around SEK 1.6 billion in proceeds which should support deleveraging and increase liquidity headroom
** Kepler says the deal "sharpens the story" and is strategically sensible as it refocuses the firm on its Nordic core and lowers execution risks during a cash-flow recovery
** The brokerage raises its PT by 3.4% to SEK 1.50, noting that recent share price weakness and unchanged guidance create a more attractive risk and reward balance
